Editorial policy

A note is public only after an authorised editor has read it and chosen Save and publish. Drafts stay in the queue.

English and Marathi are written as separate notes. One is not published as a translation of the other until that version has itself been read and approved.

The library does not invent a case name, a citation, a paragraph number, or a statutory section. Where a source is not in the note, the note says so. Commentary is not presented as the words of a court.

The platform is for legal education. It does not solicit briefs, and it does not offer a result.
